Job SummaryWe're seeking a Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute a regional partner business plan, identifying and recruiting new reseller and systems integrator partner organizations to help expand Cloudflare's indirect sales reach. This is a critical role in establishing and growing our channel organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive regional partner map, outlining target partners to recruit and build relationships with.
- Work with partner stakeholders to drive sales enablement, coordinate technical training, and develop long-term strategic relationships.
- Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast, manage contract negotiations, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
- 7+ years of experience in software/SaaS/security sales and channel management.
- 5+ years of experience developing a partner ecosystem, including VARs, SI's, MSP's/MSSP's, within a SaaS model.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystem and cloud security is highly preferred.
- Direct experience in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling resellers/SI's.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
