Position Overview:
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assisting clients with policy information, changes, and renewals.
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products based on client needs.
- Staying current with insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A current insurance license (Property & Casualty).
- Proven experience in client service or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
