Job Summary: Simpson Housing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician III to maintain a luxury apartment community and ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the physical condition of luxury apartments to meet high standards.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and address general maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing units for lease to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Order necessary supplies and maintain property curb appeal to enhance the overall resident experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry principles.
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are mandatory.
  • CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications are also required.
