Mobile Maintenance Specialist

Role Overview

As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
  • Diagnosing and executing minor repairs within residential units and throughout the property.
  • Coordinating necessary repairs and services to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
  • Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with additional tasks as needed.
  • Contributing positively to team dynamics and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills in unit turnovers and appliance repairs are advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative on various tasks.
  • Availability to work weekends as required.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • This role involves standing, walking, or sitting based on daily needs, with approximately 66% - 100% of the time spent on foot.
  • Occasional bending, climbing, and lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
