Key Responsibilities- Building Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior, including plumbing and electrical systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair all fixtures and equipment, including replacing worn or defective parts.
- Pool and Spa Maintenance: Maintain and service pool and spa areas, including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of key control changes and maintenance activities.
- Team Support: Assist other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Lifting and Physical Demands: May need to lift up to 75lbs.
