Property Maintenance Specialist

Epic Asset Management is in search of a dedicated Maintenance Service Group member. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and expertise across various maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt and effective repairs.
The position involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Performing electrical work and HVAC system upkeep.
- Handling appliance repairs and carpentry tasks.
- Executing painting and finishing work as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
- A valid 07B Electrical Certification.
