Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests, including handling room assignments, key cards, and any special requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure all needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery and meet guest expectations.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
