Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a superior member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
    • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, logging amenities and communicating updates and events.
    • Utilize our point-of-sale system to assist with membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean and organized.
    • Perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, including mopping, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
    • Regularly clean exercise equipment and tanning beds.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of restrooms and wet areas.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact positively with members and colleagues.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
