Job Summary

Spaulding Hospital-Boston & Cambridge(SRN,SRH,SHC) is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Healthcare Paramedic to join our team. As a Mobile Healthcare Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support and medical care to patients in various settings, including traditional and non-traditional environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients' medical needs, providing primary care and advanced life support as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to develop and implement processes and education materials related to Mobile Integrated Healthcare.
  • Function as a facilitator and educator for clinical programs, including continuing education for field crews and new hires.
  • Drive performance management, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in emergency medical services, healthcare, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field paramedic.
  • EMT I/C or equivalent instructor experience.
  • Instructor certification in ACLS, PALS, or related pediatric course, AMLS, CPR.
  • MA EMT-P Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Valid driver's license with no driving violations.
  • Driving record in compliance with department policy.
