Job Title: Mobile Healthcare Paramedic

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Healthcare Paramedic to join our team at Spaulding Hospital - Boston and Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a mobile integrated healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients in a mobile setting, providing primary care and advanced life support as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to develop and implement processes and education materials related to mobile integrated healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in emergency medical services, healthcare, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field paramedic.
  • EMT-I/C or equivalent instructor experience.
  • Instructor certification in ACLS, PALS, or related pediatric course, AMLS, CPR.
  • MA EMT-P Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license with no driving violations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mobile Healthcare Paramedic experience.
  • FCCS or equivalent experience.
  • IFT or Critical Care experience.
