Job Title: Mobile Healthcare Paramedic

Spaulding Hospital-Boston & Cambridge(SRN,SRH,SHC) is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Healthcare Paramedic to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Mobile Healthcare Paramedic will be responsible for providing advanced life support and medical care to patients in various settings, including emergency and non-emergency situations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care and advanced life support to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Assess and treat patients in various settings, including homes, hospitals, and emergency scenes.
  • Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in emergency medical services, healthcare, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field paramedic.
  • EMT I/C or equivalent instructor experience.
  • Instructor certification in ACLS, PALS, or related pediatric course, AMLS, CPR.
  • MA EMT-P Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license with no driving violations.
  • Driving record in compliance with department policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mobile Healthcare Paramedic experience.
  • FCCS or equivalent experience.
  • IFT or Critical Care experience.
