Customer Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Niahealthcare. As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer care staff and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of customer care staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that customer care staff are meeting performance standards and providing excellent service to customers.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve customer care staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a call center environment and 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of managing change and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
