Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Lexington, KY. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and accounts to promote commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with property and facility managers within commercial buildings and facilities
- Cold calling prospective business through emails, phone calls, and in-person introductions
- B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities
- Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts
- Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
- Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
- Develop and establish sales policies, principles, and procedures
- Maintain a commercial client contact log and pipeline
- Investigate market conditions and facilitate sales opportunities
- Coordinate and promote company events, including CE classes, commercial seminars, lunch and learn seminars, trade shows, and community events
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two plus years of experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
- One plus years of experience in a customer service role
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry
The employee will work indoors and be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employee will be occasionally working outdoors on job sites and/or events.
Local travel based on job requirements may be up to 70%.
