Customer Success Manager

At Mimecast, we're dedicated to helping our customers succeed in a rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our solutions and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide proactive and reactive support to our customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers are equipped to address emerging threats
What We're Looking For:
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
