Sales Director

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Technology Solutions team in driving revenue growth and expansion in the SMB market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business sales relationships, exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of new business sales relationships within designated territories
- Exceed sales targets by advocating Sharp technology solutions and services
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities
- Provide regular updates on prospecting progress and sales pipeline status
- Deliver compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value of Sharp Technology Solutions
- Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sale implementation
- Consistently exceed monthly activity and revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
- At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the technology sector
- Advanced skills with MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Possession of a valid US driver's license and dependable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $62,500-$92,500 per annum, depending on experience and location.
