Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to all patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and bookings.
  • Ensure all requests from patients and practitioners are addressed with thoroughness.
  • Maintain and update the system to ensure it is accurate and current at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations.
  • Process medical payments, including those from insurance and private patients.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as faxing, emailing, and document scanning.
  • Execute start and end of day procedures efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity, with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
