Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Administrative Coordinator to provide support and coordination to our Senior Vice President and Senior Staff in the Global Patient Safety department.
This role requires knowledge of company practices and procedures, as well as excellent administrative and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Senior Vice President and Senior Staff
- Coordinate and manage projects and tasks
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company practices and procedures
- Provide technical support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
