Scheduling and rescheduling customers
Creating and sending tech tickets
Updating and closing out all tickets
Verifying tech daily clock locations
Handling customer complaints and Q & A's
Submitting compliance engine submittals
Creating service invoices
Maintaining workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures
Picking up and dropping off parts and materials to the job site
Answering phone calls and directing the caller to the appropriate personnel or department
Taking messages or providing clients with basic information to satisfy their call

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong computer skills
