Chief Compliance Officer

The French Group is seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program for our growing multi-state health plan.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of driving compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Program Development: Design and implement a robust compliance program that addresses changing regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, contractual obligations, and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, including state and federal agencies, to ensure compliance and address audit findings.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to identify and correct areas of non-compliance, and develop a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • External Audits: Manage external regulatory audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely delivery of documentation and follow-up on audit findings.
  • Compliance Documentation: Develop and implement a master compliance auditing log, and disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
  • Reporting and Communication: Communicate audit progress and findings to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and/or Law degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in managed care with Medicare regulatory compliance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
  • ISNP Experience: ISNP experience strongly preferred.
