Position Overview

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the oversight of Client's extensive global network of financial market infrastructures and sub-custodians across multiple jurisdictions. This position is integral to the Client Custody product organization, which is committed to future investments and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the enhancement of oversight mechanisms for Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs).
  • Coordinate local deliverables with Client's proprietary custody network to compile necessary information for addressing regulatory findings.
  • Assist Network Management in defining the future operational model for FMI oversight requirements.
  • Prepare and submit timely governance updates detailing progress against established plans, highlighting key issues for escalation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Third-Party Management, specifically in remediation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to identify, monitor, and escalate issues requiring remediation effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Financial Market Structures, particularly Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Central Counterparties (CCPs).
  • Basic knowledge of custody operations and flows.
  • Solid grasp of global firms' risk management strategies.
  • Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in economics, finance, or financial risk management.
  • Experience in remediation management, process enhancement, governance, and technology within complex global environments.
