Position Title: Custody Third Party Management MRA Remediation

Role Summary:

The Custody Network Management team plays a crucial role in managing the company's extensive network of financial market infrastructures and sub-custodians across numerous markets. This team is integral to the Custody product organization, focusing on strategic oversight, market intelligence, and productivity enhancements. The primary objective of this position is to bolster the oversight of Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs) within the Custody Network Management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate local deliverables in collaboration with the proprietary custody network to compile necessary information for addressing OCC exam findings.
  • Assist Network Management in defining the future operational model for FMI oversight requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation and submission of timely governance updates, highlighting progress against established plans and identifying key issues for escalation.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate issues that necessitate remediation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Third-Party Management, specifically in remediation management, process enhancement, governance, and technology within a complex global organization.
  • Proven expertise in Third-Party Management with an emphasis on remediation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and analytical capabilities, enabling effective collaboration within a global team and independent work.
  • Solid understanding of Financial Market Structures, particularly Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Central Counterparties (CCPs).
  • Basic knowledge of custody operations and custody flow processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global firms' risk management approaches.

Educational Background:

A graduate degree in economics, finance, or financial risk management is preferred.
