About the Role

This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and marketing. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting activities.
  2. Nurture leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large, multi-location accounts.
  4. Present DuraServ Corp's solutions to prospective clients and negotiate deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing or relevant industry tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
What We Offer

An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
