Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist is an entry-level position focused on driving growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic relationship building with targeted national accounts. This role is crucial in identifying and securing large, multi-location accounts with significant brand recognition.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large, multi-location accounts.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present DuraServ Corp's solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging pitch decks tailored to the specific needs of targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.
  • Represent DuraServ Corp at industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing or relevant industry tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Compensation and Benefits

An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
