Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at INFINITI OF LAS VEGAS. This role is essential in fostering and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication methods, including phone and email.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, delivering accurate information regarding vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and dealership services.
  • Organize and confirm customer appointments, collaborating with sales representatives and service departments as necessary.
  • Initiate outbound communications to potential clients to highlight dealership offerings, negotiate terms, and share relevant vehicle and service information.
  • Accurately manage and update customer data within the dealership's customer relationship management system.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and arrange test drives for interested customers.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current trends in the automotive industry, including vehicle models and dealership promotions, to provide customers with the most relevant information.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and following up on potential leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role within the automotive sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including experience with customer relationship management systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and financing options is beneficial.
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers, providing outstanding service.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively promote dealership products and services.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Working Environment:
The Customer Engagement Specialist will primarily operate in an office setting within the dealership. The role may involve attending training sessions or industry-related events, and it requires the ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer or phone to communicate with customers.
