About the Role:

Our organization is in search of Client Engagement Specialists who will serve as the initial point of contact for clients interested in our offerings. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales and possess strong persuasive skills to assist clients who may be hesitant about utilizing our services. This role will also be responsible for the preliminary collection of client information and ensuring adherence to company protocols to facilitate the onboarding process, which necessitates exceptional attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in outbound sales or lead conversion is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes, product updates, and shifting business priorities.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for effectively engaging potential clients.
  • Address client inquiries and convey service information in a persuasive, value-oriented manner.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach and empathize with potential clients' needs, creating positive interactions and tailoring discussions to drive conversions.
  • Exhibit a confident and persuasive demeanor.
  • Initiate first contact with assigned clients through phone and email.
  • Provide an overview of the company and the value of services offered.
  • Effectively respond to questions regarding services, set client expectations, and ensure the value of our services is communicated clearly. Address client objections or reservations to engage them with our offerings.
  • Request necessary initial client documentation and information.
  • Compile and verify the completeness and accuracy of client documentation.
  • Update and maintain accurate client profiles.
  • Validate client compliance and readiness to progress in the workflow.
  • Conduct monthly verification projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assist Case Managers by requesting and compiling client documents as needed.
  • Meet production expectations and quality standards within established timeframes.
