Field Training and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for staff and members, including curriculum development and delivery
- Provide guidance and support to staff and members to help them achieve their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of our conservation and restoration programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in conservation and restoration
- Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in conservation and restoration programs
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a conservation or restoration context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
