Job Summary

Join American YouthWorks as a Field Training and Development Manager, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our conservation and restoration programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our staff and members, as well as providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff and members, including curriculum development and delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and members to help them achieve their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of our conservation and restoration programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in conservation and restoration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in conservation and restoration programs
  • Experience in training and development, preferably in a conservation or restoration context
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
