Job Title: Training Development

Job Summary:

Brunel is seeking a skilled Training Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes for training materials, creating tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and analyzing feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for training materials
  • Create tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Analyze feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing content and delivery methods

Training Content Development:

  • Develop online training modules, including interactive e-learning courses, video tutorials, quizzes, and assessments
  • Create materials for instructor-led training, such as presentation slides, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and hands-on exercises and activities
  • Ensure all content aligns with adult learning principles and best practices
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content

Training Coordination:

  • Establish and manage training calendars for both online and in-person sessions
  • Coordinate logistics such as room bookings and equipment setup
  • Manage participant registrations and communications
  • Track attendance and completion rates
  • Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes

Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for training materials
  • Create evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of programs
  • Analyze feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend ways to enhance training content and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning
  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in industries such as LNG is preferred
