Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and administrative support. This position is integral to maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high volume of inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  2. Maintain and update database records, conducting necessary research to resolve customer issues related to online services.
  3. Analyze and process documentation and forms efficiently.
  4. Communicate organizational policies and procedures effectively to clients and partners.
  5. Oversee the management of affiliate catalogs to guarantee precise royalty distribution.
  6. Address and resolve copyright disputes and discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with team members to fulfill departmental objectives and contribute to special projects as required.
  8. Exhibit regular attendance and support the organization's core values, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in the music industry or a related field. A solid understanding of the music industry and music publishing is essential.

Key skills include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Typing and proofreading proficiency.
