We are seeking dedicated Legal Intake Specialists to join our team.

At Legal Intake Professionals, our specialists serve as a crucial link between our clients and their customers, primarily supporting personal injury law firms. The ideal candidates will effectively address customer concerns, manage inquiries, and resolve issues while demonstrating professionalism and empathy. Our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction drives our approach to service.

While prior customer service experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

This role requires in-office presence.


Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming client calls, adhering to detailed scripts, completing intake forms during conversations, and managing calls through electronic and live transfer methods. It is essential to establish the appropriate tone and pace during calls while maintaining a professional demeanor and showing understanding and patience with potential clients.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction
  • A professional phone voice that conveys care and concern for customers
  • Active listening abilities to accurately gather client information
  • The capacity to ask relevant questions
  • The skill to engage with diverse personalities and collect necessary details to assess the viability of claims
  • Efficient and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in PC/Computer operations within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • A flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum age of 18

Compensation: $20 per hour with perfect attendance.

Perfect attendance is defined as punctuality at the start of your shift, timely returns from breaks, and the completion of your scheduled hours. Without perfect attendance, compensation is $18 per hour.


Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time - 40 hours
  • Split Shifts
    • Morning shift between 6:30 AM and 12 PM
    • Afternoon shift between 3 PM and 11 PM
  • Availability to work one Saturday or Sunday each week is required
  • Reliability and excellent attendance are essential.

Training will last approximately three weeks. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to your designated schedule.
