Job Summary
A leading provider in water solutions is in search of a skilled individual with a background in customer relations. The Customer Service/Office Admin will collaborate with various dealerships to coordinate installations and services tailored to meet customer needs. To excel in this role, candidates should possess a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
1. Engage in extensive problem-solving, order processing, and assist in managing customer accounts.
2. Deliver proactive sales support by fostering strong relationships with clients.
3. Schedule service and delivery orders efficiently.
4. Coordinate schedules with the service and operations teams.
5. Reach out to customers for scheduling additional services or proposing maintenance plans.
6. Escalate unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong time management and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
