Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and support for our clients. This position is focused on delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update client records in our database, conducting necessary research to address issues related to our services.
- Analyze and process documentation and forms to facilitate smooth operations.
- Communicate company policies and procedures clearly to clients, addressing any questions regarding account management and discrepancies.
- Oversee the distribution of royalties by reviewing and managing affiliate catalogs.
- Investigate and resolve any copyright claims or discrepancies that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental objectives and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the music industry or a related field. A solid understanding of the music industry and publishing is essential.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are required, along with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management are necessary. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
