You will work closely with clients to provide daily account support, address issues, conduct research, and perform analysis. Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts is a key responsibility, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with clients as necessary.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with outstanding communication abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects, thriving under pressure, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement new customer accounts to facilitate a seamless initiation of their programs.
- Gather and analyze data from various internal and external sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Engage with customers using established processes and expertise to guarantee satisfaction.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Exhibit professionalism and sincerity through both verbal and written communication.
- Manage multiple vendor accounts efficiently.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers and field service technicians requiring immediate assistance.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills, reacting swiftly and effectively to resolve client issues.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced team environment while managing special projects alongside regular responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and any concerns are addressed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer account management or customer service across various companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, and utilizing pivot tables and V Look-up.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and similar Client Relationship Management systems is advantageous.
- Experience with work order management platforms such as Service Channel or similar systems is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning and organizational skills are required.
