- Prospect for new members through community events, coffee shops, job sites, and other networking events, aiming for a minimum of 3 hours of prospecting per week.
- Sell the benefits of BNI's services to in-person and virtual prospects, converting them into valuable networkers.
- Cultivate a positive relationship between forming chapters and the regional support team, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Coach applicants to achieve key milestones, fostering a supportive environment for growth and success.
Compensation and Benefits:
