Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multilingual Property Coordinator to join our team in SE Portland, OR. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily property management tasks, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is required.

The successful candidate will work closely with the property management team to maintain accurate records of property activities and tenant interactions. You will also support administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
