Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Avenue5 Residential. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating with maintenance personnel, responding to resident requests, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including service requests and unit make-ready standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • At least two years of experience in property management; prior maintenance supervisor experience preferred
  • General maintenance and carpentry skills
