Behavioral Health Regional Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Administrator to oversee multiple programs in Multnomah County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, program planning, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program success within assigned region
- Supervise Residential Administrators and document supervision activities
- Oversight of fiscal management, personnel management, and quality assurance
- Develop and coordinate community resources
- Preference given to candidates with experience managing multiple facilities and/or programs at once
ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program for QMHA-Rs to accelerate their training and certification as a QMHA-I. This optional program can help employees achieve certification in as little as 6 months.
What You'll Make$7,000 - $8,333.33 per month (DOE/Credentials). Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
