At College Housing Northwest, we are seeking a Community Liaison Coordinator to join our team in The Amy community. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, approximately 10-29 hours per week, with a competitive estimated salary of $18-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. As a Community Liaison Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to residents and responding to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with basic maintenance requests and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborating with site staff and resident council to address community needs and develop strategies for improving the living environment.
  • Coordinating and facilitating monthly community events to foster a sense of community and engagement among residents.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in customer service, residence life, housing, and/or property management is preferred but not required.
