We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, sales, and finances
  • Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling staff
  • Maintain high standards of guest relations and customer service
  • Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
  • Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
  • Supervise various departments within the hotel
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel management or related field
  • Proficiency in human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities
  • Previous experience supervising teams
