Job Summary

The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience by providing a compelling approach to offering membership, fitness, and retail products and services. This role ensures the club meets its sales revenue goals and maintains a high level of member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales and Service Experts to provide a best-in-class member experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and member acquisition.
  • Partner with the General Manager to provide a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club environment.
  • Engage members with various fitness offerings, including personal training, group exercise classes, and digital content.
  • Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Positive and productive leadership skills, including motivating, coaching, and communicating with diverse groups.
  • Strong member-centric focus and ability to engage with members in person.
  • Excellent organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
