Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the LNG, Hydrogen & CCUS markets for the Americas region.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of sales and business development in the process and automation industry. You will be an effective communicator at all levels, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence the delivery of positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LNG, Hydrogen & CCUS markets for the Americas region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Higher technical qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the process and automation industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of actuation and valve automation
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
