Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in California. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in our defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets for assigned territory.
  • Generate sales revenues by performing software demonstrations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work with OEM and Reseller Channels to maximize sales and assist in software demonstrations.
  • Evaluate customer needs and develop corresponding solutions across multiple aspects of the customer's requirements.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
  • Work collaboratively with all available resources including Applications Engineers, Marketing, Inside Sales and others to identify, advance, and close sales.
  • Provide customer feedback to Development for new product innovations and product development.
  • Act as point of contact and provide support to customers before and after the sale.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling CAD/CAM Software in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of CNC Machining Preferred.
  • Documented software sales experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Travel requirements - up to 50%.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter.
