Job Title: Sales and Business Development Representative

Castalloy Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business through sales prospecting, developing future and current customer relationships, and executing business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations of Castalloy products and follow through with customers or sales agents to effectively deliver solutions to customer application requirements.
  • Negotiate all customer orders in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Act as a customer contact for all Castalloy related issues and activities.
  • Work in partnership with independent sales representatives to support market development and training.
  • Participate in technical conferences, sales training, trade shows, and other forums in support of the Castalloy product line.
  • Research market trends and competitors, develop and articulate findings to recommend strategies that will maximize company revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasting reports and other required information regularly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front office and shop floor, to ensure the highest level of excellence in customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or an industrial organization, metal casting, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Familiarity with casting/foundries and related business practices is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to Midwest regions.
