Job Title: Public Sector Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Sector Account Executive to join our team in Wisconsin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling all products and services offered by ConvergeOne to public sector customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with public sector customers and prospects to identify business opportunities and close sales.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving ConvergeOne's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and services, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience in communications and data technology, with a focus on public sector sales.
  • 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated sales ability and technical aptitude, with a proven track record of territory development and new business account acquisition.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Experience with solution selling, cloud solutions, and associated MS and PS services.
