About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at T1P Holdings. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients, including realtors and property managers.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct accurate and timely estimates both in-person and virtually, following up diligently to secure approvals and upsell additional services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
