We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Complaint Investigation Specialist to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading complaint investigations and ensuring that our Dispensing Solution devices meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and implement effective investigation processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and MDSAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide expert knowledge of Dispensing products and services to support complaint investigations
- Develop and maintain documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
- 5 years of experience in Quality/Complaint Handling
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations 21CFR820 and MDSAP standards
- Experience with SAP and TrackWise
- Strong knowledge of Dispensing Solution Products
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to solve problems and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
