Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow market share in your region through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
  • Retain current customers and grow share of wallet with key accounts through exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
  • Develop a pipeline of new key accounts and successfully convert them to CM products through targeted sales efforts.
  • Coordinate seamless transition of new account setup and service activities to Dealer Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in growing and servicing key customers in a geographic region or territory.
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Firsthand experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • BA-BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
