Key Responsibilities:- Grow market share in your region through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
- Retain current customers and grow share of wallet with key accounts through exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
- Develop a pipeline of new key accounts and successfully convert them to CM products through targeted sales efforts.
- Coordinate seamless transition of new account setup and service activities to Dealer Sales Representatives.
- Proven success in growing and servicing key customers in a geographic region or territory.
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Firsthand experience with CRM software and account management systems.
- Excellent communication and people skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- BA-BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
CM Truck Beds offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. This role will require 60% travel, and the ideal candidate should reside in the Western Region of the US.
