Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Danfoss LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join its Food Retail business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth
  • Develop new business at existing key accounts
  • Develop new business at non-Danfoss accounts in their designated region
  • Develop relationships at C-suite level with existing and new key accounts
  • Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings
  • Communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss value proposition
  • Manage P&L at key accounts
  • Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience
  • More than five years of sales experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • C-Level management experience
  • Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries
  • Capacity to work with and thru others in a matrixed organization
  • Salesforce or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
