We are seeking an experienced Director of Federal Policy to join our team at AAPI Equity Alliance. As a member of our Policy & Advocacy team, you will play a critical role in advancing our coalition's priorities at the federal level.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our federal strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting research and analysis on federal policy developments.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in public policy at the federal level
