Government Relations Specialist

**Job Overview:**
">Learning Ally Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Government Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with federal and state governments to improve literacy outcomes for students. Your primary responsibility will be to develop key partnerships with government officials to secure funding for our Whole Child Literacy solutions.

- Balance a combination of forward-looking strategic projects with multiple execution steps and consistent engagement.">
- Manage engagement in key states to drive literacy outcomes.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in political science, public policy, education, or equivalent experience in a related field.">
- 4+ years in a relevant field such as public policy or government relations, specifically in the areas of regulatory affairs, public affairs, education policy, or advocacy.">
- Previous experience working on Capitol Hill, in the Executive Branch, or Government Relations sector.">
- Previous project-management and supervisory experience (internally and externally).">
The estimated salary for this position is $$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
