We are seeking a seasoned Government Proposal Director to lead proposal efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering winning proposals to the Federal Government, particularly in the Marketing/Multimedia industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing proposal strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Leading proposal teams and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Managing proposal development, from pre-proposal planning to delivery.
  • Collaborating with business development and operational leadership to obtain resources for high-quality proposal submissions.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience managing winning competitive Federal Government proposals in the Marketing/Multimedia industry. Desired qualifications include experience with FEDSIM acquisition and proposal collaboration tools.

At Red Carrot, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off.
